What time is the wedding?
Seating for the ceremony begins at 5pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Shuttles from the hotel will aim to have guests to the manor at 5pm, if you are planning your own transportation we suggest you do the same.
When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by August 4, 2024 via the RSVP page on this website. We have a strict deadline to provide the venue a final headcount. If we do not hear from you by that date you will be marked as "not attending".
What if I can't attend?
We will miss celebrating with you! Please choose "Decline" as your reply on the RSVP page. If you already replied yes and now cannot attend, please contact Evan at 540-295-3830 or Kelly at 443-465-5292.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Poplar Springs Manor in Warrenton, VA. The ceremony will be on an outdoor patio and the other two events will be indoors.
What's the best way to get to Warrenton, VA?
We're so thankful you are making the trip to celebrate with us! Our venue is approximately one hour west of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The closest airport for our out of town guests is Dulles International (IAD).
Where should we stay?
We've reserved a room block at the Hampton Inn Warrenton for our guests*. The hotel is a few minute drive or 20 minute walk from downtown Warrenton where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops.
There is an additional block at the Tru by Hilton, Manassas for our guests*. This hotel is a about 20 minute drive from the venue.
*NOTE: If you are immediate family or in the wedding party you will be staying on the property with us and we will provide alternate information.
Is there transportation to and from the event?
Yes, we will have shuttles from the Hampton Inn to the Manor and back at the end of the evening. We will post the shuttle schedule once the day gets closer! The schedule will also be provided to all guests at check in.
Where do I park if driving myself?
There is plenty of parking in front of the manor should you choose to drive yourself. We want everyone to have fun and be safe, so we encourage use of the shuttles if convenient for you!
What is the wedding dress code?
The dress code is black tie optional. We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Men are requested to wear tuxedos or dark color suits, and ladies are requested to wear floor length dresses or fancier cocktail dresses. Please avoid shades of white, cream, or ivory ;)
What shoes should I wear?
Wear your most comfortable dancing shoes! The ceremony will take place on a patio; however there is grassy terrain on the property.
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} and Guest” if a plus one has been allotted to you. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Can I bring my children?
Even though we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults only event. The only children at the wedding will be those in the wedding party. We encourage everyone to use this as a fun night out! If you have any questions, please reach out.
Can I take photos and video during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the event, and we don't want any phones in our photos!
